Giving consent is voluntary. Consent can be completely revoked at any time or in part by sending an email revoking the consent to the e-mail info@brezovysvet.eu or by sending written notice of withdrawal of consent to the address BETULÍN PHARMA LTD., Hurbanova 651/64, Hlohovec 920 01, Slovak Republic.

Purpose of processing

Personal data provided by you, i.e. name, email address, we process to purposes of registration and processing of your demand, complaint, claim and other message you are addressing to us. The processing of personal data consists only in their registration and preservation. The legal basis for processing your personal data is consent, which you can express by checking the box on the website.

The grant operator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization. The operator stores personal data for the period required by the special regulations governing archiving obligations. Personal data that does not need to be stored according to the previous sentence, the operator keeps for the longest period (5 years). The provision of personal data is a requirement without which fulfillment we are unable to properly process your complaint, grievance, complaint and send it to you qualified answer. The information includes mainly: identification and contact details operator and responsible person, processing purposes, categories personal data, categories of recipients, information on transfers to third parties countries and guarantees in case of transfer of personal data to a third country or international organization, the retention period, the calculation of your rights, possibility to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection, source personal data processed, information on whether and how automated decision-making and profiling.

Right of access to personal data:

You have the right to confirm whether personal data is or is not processed and, if so, you have the right to access the information within the meaning of previous point. Upon special request, you have the right to providing copies of the personal data processed.

Right to rectification:

If you find that we are processing your out-of-date or inaccurate personal data, please let us know and we will arrange for their repair.

Right to delete:

In certain circumstances provided by law, we are obliged to provide your personal data at your instruction to delete. However, each such request is subject to an individual evaluation, because the Operator may also have an obligation or a legitimate one interested in keeping personal data.

Right to restrict processing:

In certain legally determined situations, you have the right to a restriction processing of personal data.

Right to data portability:

After fulfilling the right conditions, you can ask us to provide your personal data to another operator. Your personal data then we will provide it in the appropriate format to the entity designated by you, if us no legal or other significant technical obstacles will prevent this.

Right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection:

With your suggestion or complaint regarding the processing of personal data you can contact the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Protection, of the Slovak Republic with its registered office at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, at any time.

How can you revoke consent?

Consent is based on the principle of voluntariness and you have the right at any time withdraw your consent in whole or in part by sending an email of the withdrawal consent to e-mail info@brezovysvet.eu or by sending written notice of withdrawal of consent to BETULÍN PHARMA LTD., Hurbanova 651/64, Hlohovec 920 01, Slovak Republic. In case of withdrawal of consent will be the processing of personal data based on consent terminated immediately. However, the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the legality processing of personal data based on the consent given before its by appeal.

The Operator has created these Terms of Privacy due to enhancing sufficient transparency and clarification of the basic the rules it observes when protecting privacy and personal data persons concerned.
